Reporting Solutions
Coding in Progress (QAD's native programming language) is best for taking exsisting QAD reports and modifing them to give the data you want. This is usually the fastest, most reliable way to get to the data you need. Typical modifications additional prompts for limiting data reported, change of sort parameters, or adding data. Changes we've made include: Adding stantard cost and purchase history to the MRP detail report, modifiying check print to include additional data on the check stub, adding part number, requester name, PO number and vendor name to the GL posting reports, and improved lot tracking.

Import and Export (Data Update) We have created auto data imort routines for updating data from sub-contractors and commerce partners. We've also created Excel to GL entry routines as well as check confirmation (cancelation) fro bank data and cash application (AR) from Bank lockbox data.
